Philly Cheesesteak Nachos Recipe
  • ½ pound medium rare roast beef
  • ½ large onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tsp. A-1 Sauce
  • (For easy cleanup, and application- mix ingredients in a plastic baggie, and snip off corner to squeeze over top of nachos)
  1. Pre-heat oven on broil.
  2. Chop roast beef finely, set aside.
  3. Dice bell pepper, and onion. Saute in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat in 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil until onions begin to turn translucent.
  4. Add roast beef, cook just until pink starts to turn brown.
  5. Cover baking sheet in parchment paper.
  6. Spread tortilla chips over pan.
  7. Distribute beef, pepper, and onions evenly over chips. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Broil on high until cheese begins to bubble up and brown.
  9. Remove from oven, drizzle with sauce and serve!
