Turkey Dumpling Soup
Serves: 6 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1 12 oz Bag Reames Flat Frozen Dumplings (or dumpling of your choice)
  • 2 - 32 oz Containers of Chicken Broth
  • 2 packets of Swanson's (or similar) Chicken Flavor Boost (optional)
  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 3-4 Medium Carrots, Peeled
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 3-4 Stalks of Celery
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
  1. Dice onion, carrots and celery.
  2. Melt 2 TBSP of butter in a dutch oven or soup pot.
  3. Add onion, carrots, celery and cook until soft - 7-10 minutes
  4. Add ground turkey breast to mixture and cook through.
  5. Add chicken broth, flavor boost (optional) and bring to a boil.
  6. Add Frozen Dumplings and cook according to the directions on the package. (30 minutes for Reames)
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Enjoy!
