Erin Condren 2016 Life Planner

I have a confession to make. I still use a paper day planner. If this makes me wrong, I don’t want to be right. I would truly be lost without it. For as long as I can remember I have loved buying a filling a new day planner with important dates, school/work schedules etc… And now that I’m mom to two kids, my planner is probably more filled than it has ever been.

I have tried many a day planner in my adult life, but my favorite by far is the Erin Condren Life Planner. I have been using Erin Condren Life Planners for 3 years now and I truly love them. Initially I was worried that this planner was over-hyped, and darn it seemed expensive. But I bit the bullet and ordered that first planner and now I won’t look back.

I am so excited because 2016 Erin Condren Life Planners just went on sale TODAY! I just ordered the planner seen in the picture below. Isn’t is so pretty?! (Shipping is currently FREE on orders $100+ with coupon code FREESHIP.)

My Erin Condren Life Planner is the first planner that I find myself fully using. In the past, I usually filled in the monthly view and rarely used the daily pages, so I was basically wasting half of the paper in my planners. Now, I use the monthly view so that I can see our weeks at a glance, but I also take the time (usually on Sunday nights) to fill in the daily pages as well. I list blog tasks, work out goals, kids activities, appointments, my menu plan and more – and I’m finding that this is really helping me to stay on task. There is something so satisfying about crossing items off of a list.

Here is an example of the daily/week view that I’m loving right now (this is the “vertical view“):

New for 2016 is the “horizontal view” seen below:

Here are the features of my Erin Condren Life Planner that I love:

  • The size
  • The durability – I have yet to lose a cover, or a page even!
  • The bright colors and simple, easy to follow layout – with room for notes, daily plans etc…
  • The fact that I can customize my own cover
  • The pouch and folders in the back of the planner, and the stickers!
  • They are made in the USA

I could go on and on. Truly the only “complaint” I have is that I wish they had a snapshot of the next 2 years – or that they would offer an 18 month or 2 year planner.

I just placed my 2016 Erin Condren Life Planner order, and I added on this Snap in Meal Planner (seen below). For $4 I couldn’t resist – especially since Menu Planning is such an important part of my week.
