There is another coupon for progresso soups: $.50/2 (http://www.everydaysaver.com/walmart) to make the final price 50 cents each

3 Desiree January 26, 2012 at 10:51 AM

There is a $1/3 Kraft Cheese coupon in 1/15 SS

4 Val January 26, 2012 at 12:56 PM

The toothbrush coupons only doubled to $1. There was another customer in the store who was also buying this deal and the manager explained to both of us that the manufacturer was only allowing doubling for the one item although the coupon stated you had to buy 2 of the item. I am still skeptical of this but there was no changing her mind so the toothbrushes were $.50 rather than $.25 and originally thought :(

5 Jennifer January 26, 2012 at 1:52 PM

Val, that doesn’t make any sense. the coupon should double to $1.50. I just wonder if the computers are set to only double it up to the value of 1, which is $1. I know if it were a coupon for $0.75/1` (like the crest toothpaste) it would only double up to $1 because they don’t give overage. If I were you I would call customer service. They can at the very least explain it to you.

6 Val January 26, 2012 at 4:34 PM

The manager herself explained it. I just still don’t think it’s right…. $.75 should double to $1.50 regardless of the quantity so long as it’s not an overage. I’m pretty sure that the computer was setup like you said too and she just didn’t want to override it. Oh well, it’s still better than full price I guess!!

I had two different .75 coupons that both expire 1/31. The one that was from P&G worked and doubled it to $1.50, the other .75 coupon I had (not sure which insert it came from, but I know it was not P&G) only doubled to $1.

I have a question about the coke products on sale this week. It says when you buy 3 at 3 for $12, you get one free so it’s like 4 for $12. On Coke Zero’s Facebook page, there is $.99/1 coupon for any Coke Zero products (which would double to $1.98). I was hoping to use four of these coupons, but is this allowed to make it 4 for $4.08 or can I only use 3 coupons? Thanks in advance to any help!

10 Jennifer January 27, 2012 at 6:54 AM

Brad, actually you can only use 2 of the coupons. Giant Eagle only allows 2 of the same printable coupon per transaction. They also limit you to 12 of any like coupon (not printable) in a day.

11 Jennifer January 27, 2012 at 6:55 AM

Nice find emmalee!

12 Kristina January 29, 2012 at 12:05 PM

Hey Brad you can use your 4 coke coupons – to do with without any trouble you scan your order before you scan your GE card. then your GE card – then your coupons. Just make sure you scan your GE card before your coupons so any doubles you have don’t give you trouble.
