Groupon Daily Deals (9/14/10): Golf, Massages, The Nutty Guys + More

by Jennifer on September 14, 2010 · 0 comments

As you may or may not know, September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month. Recently, a family in the Washington, DC area lost their young son to cancer (you can read their story here). When I was asked if I would be willing to help raise money to support their efforts to fight against pediatric cancer, I felt it was the least I can do. As the mother of two young children I can’t imagine what this family and others like them go through when a young one is diagnosed with cancer.

This week (through Friday) whenever you use the links provided in the Groupon posts on Stretching a Buck to buy your Groupons (or to sign up), 8% of your purchase will go to the Declan Carmical Fund. This money will help Declan’s family support their efforts to fight pediatric cancer.

Today’s deal of the day for the Columbus area is $40 worth of pick up and delivery dry cleaning for just $20 at Dublin Cleaners or New Albany Cleaners.

If you live near Las Vegas or will be headed there, you can purchase a 18 hole round of golf with a golf cart for just $25 at Wild Horse Golf Club.

The Nutty Guy’s are at it again in Pittsburgh, offering a $25 gift card for just $10.

Both Lincoln and Memphis have a great deal for the day.  Get a $40 gift card to for just $20.  I have ordered from before because they carry narrow sizes and have always had a great experience.

It must be the day for massages because the following cities are offering deals on massages – Cincinnati, Portland, and Grand Rapids.

Search for these cities and purchase your Groupons here.

Please note that you can purchase deals in any city. Just be sure to read the fine print to see if the in-store Groupons are limited to a specific store. Online deals tend to be available all over the country – for example, you can buy The Nutty Guys Groupon in any city and use it for yourself because it is for their website.
