Groupon Daily Deals (9/15/10): Sports Photos, Bread, Zazzle & More

As you may or may not know, September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month. Recently, a family in the Washington, DC area lost their young son to cancer (you can read their story here). When I was asked if I would be willing to help raise money to support their efforts to fight against pediatric cancer, I felt it was the least I can do. As the mother of two young children I can’t imagine what this family and others like them go through when a young one is diagnosed with cancer.

This week (through Friday) whenever you use the links provided in the Groupon posts on Stretching a Buck to buy your Groupons (or to sign up), 8% of your purchase will go to the Declan Carmical Fund. This money will help Declan’s family support their efforts to fight pediatric cancer.

You can get $50 worth of customizable gifts at for just $25 (excludes stamps) in Albuquerque and Piedmont Triad.

In Columbus you can get a 1 hour private horse back riding lesson from Equi-Valent Riding Center for just $30.  If you have ever priced out horse back riding, you know this is a great deal.

If you are in New York, you can get $10 worth of cream puffs, mochi ice cream, and more at Beard Papa’s for just $5.

Raleigh/Durham has a great offer on sports and history photos from Replay Photos. You can get $64 worth for just $25.  You can use the Groupon for shipping and handling too.  If you have a sports fan on your holiday shopping list, I can see some great gifts on this site.  The photos are amazing!

At 6 locations in the Seattle area you can get $10 worth of bread from the Great Harvest Bread Company for just $5.

Please note that you can purchase deals in any city. Just be sure to read the fine print to see if the in-store Groupons are limited to a specific store. Online deals tend to be available all over the country – for example, you can buy The Nutty Guys Groupon in any city and use it for yourself because it is for their website. Leave a comment if you have any questions and I’ll do my best to help!

Too bad they started excluding stamps on the Zazzle one, otherwise I would have bought it!
