After a fairly long hiatus, I am hoping get back into the habit of menu planning. It saves me time, money and sanity…I’m not sure why I stopped to tell you the truth! In addition to our weeknight meals, I am going to start planning our weekend lunches as well. Eating out is too tempting for us during the weekend and I’m hoping to mitigate that by having a plan. We’ll see how things go!

Monday: Crockpot Chili & Crackers
Tuesday: Polynesian Pork & Pineapple Rice
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Breasts, Butter Noodles & Lemon Green Beans
Thursday: Leftovers Night – Chili topped Baked Potatoes with Cheese
Friday: Eat Out/Pizza Night
Saturday: L – Ham & Cheese Pizza Snacks D – Chicken Lasagna Rollups
Sunday: L – Leftover Lasagna Rollups D – Chicken Soft Tacos & Refried Beans
