More Craigslist $

It has been a couple of weeks since I posted about my first experiences selling items on Craigslist. Since that post, I have sold an additional $20 in items…and the items I sold make me laugh.

Just to prove to you that you can sell just about anything, I sold a Yankee Candle that I had burned 5 or 6 times for $10 (it was one of the larger ones). Tonight, I sold a graduation cap and gown for $10. Personally, I thought that posting caps and gowns during the months of April/May was a good idea since it is graduation time and all. My husband laughed at me, but I made $10 from it (I still have 2 left to sell).

My Craiglist earnings over the last month now total $96. Not too shabby for a few random items that have been cluttering up my house for the last 7 years!

I still have several items posted, and several more to post. I need an additional $68 to pay for our new digital camera. I’ll let you know how it goes! :)
