Menu Plan Monday – March 24th

This week we are going to be eating ham, ham, ham, oh and did I mention ham?! I bought a 9 lb. ham for 2 adults and 1 toddler…what was I thinking? :) Actually, I think I’ll save the ham for lunches and we’ll eat some of the chicken and pork that I have in the freezer. Here is our menu for the week:
Monday – Spaghetti
Tuesday – Scrambled Eggs (with Ham & Cheese) & Toast
Wednesday – Pork Tenderloin, Rice & Green Beans
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Eat Out
Saturday – Pizza at my Grandma’s house
SundayChicken Dressing Bake & Frozen Veggies
As for last week, the Super Southewestern Beef Bake was easy to make, but not my favorite. I think my issue was with the vegetable oil. I don’t really cook with vegetable oil and could really taste it…next time I would leave that out. We did not have a pork roast or the Chicken Dressing Bake either, which is why you see those repeated this week. We ended up eating out twice instead.
