Wednesday – Chicken Crescents & Frozen Veggies (We WILL eat these this week! They have been on my menus for weeks, but I haven’t made them for one reason or another)
Thursday – Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry & Rice
Friday – Crock Pot Taco Soup (Paula Deen recipe) – Note: I omit the olives and will only use 1-1.5 lbs of beef
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Baked Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti, & Salad
As for last week, we actually did a great job of sticking to our plan, even though we went a little out of order. I’m actually impressed that we were so good! :)
