Menu Plan Monday – March 10

by Marcy on March 10, 2008 · 0 comments

Well the theme for this week is chicken! I found boneless, skinless chicken breasts on sale at Kroger today for $1.88/lb, so I stocked up! It will be nice to have chicken in the freezer again…I have been running low and prices have been so high on the chicken I have seen at the store lately.

Monday – Hamburgers, Frozen Fries, & Salad

Tuesday – Eat Out

Wednesday – Chicken Crescents & Frozen Veggies (We WILL eat these this week! They have been on my menus for weeks, but I haven’t made them for one reason or another)

Thursday – Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry & Rice

Friday – Crock Pot Taco Soup (Paula Deen recipe) – Note: I omit the olives and will only use 1-1.5 lbs of beef

Saturday – Leftovers

Sunday – Baked Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti, & Salad

As for last week, we actually did a great job of sticking to our plan, even though we went a little out of order. I’m actually impressed that we were so good! :)
