I know that I don’t have to tell you this, but life is busy. Work, school, kids, homework, sports, grocery shopping, laundry and more…I’m sure that most of you can relate! Keeping my kids fed seems to be a part time job in and of itself, and when they get home from school they are famished. The truth is…so am I!

After I get my girls settled and started on their homework, I try to take a few minutes for myself, with my own snack, before I start to work on dinner. I try to keep things light but satisfying, which isn’t always an easy task! Recently, during one of my mad dash shopping trips at Walgreens to pick up a few things I was out of, I grabbed a box of Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins, and I have to say, they were surprisingly delicious find!

I tried the Hint of Sea Salt flavor and I love that it gave me the crunch and bit of salt that a chip might, but without the guilt! I like to top my Nut Thins with some cheese for a boost of protein, but these are great alone as well! Nut Thins come in a variety of flavors like Ranch, Country Ranch, Cheddar and Honey Cinnamon – which means they have got you covered whether you are in the mood for sweet OR savory (or mix it up!). Made with real almonds and containing less than 3 grams of protein per serving, this low sodium snack is one to check out!

Are you a fellow Nut Thins fan? Or maybe you want to try them too?! Right now, for a limited time, save $1 on any ONE (1) 4.25 oz. box of Blue Diamond® Nut-Thins® Crackers at Walgreens with this awesome coupon! Also be sure to keep an eye out for additional Nut Thins coupons (available in select areas) in your blue Valpak Envelopes that come in the mail!
