Chocolate is my favorite. I love chocolate on fruit, chocolate in coffee, chocolate by itself, chocolate in dessert recipes…you name it, I am hard pressed to find a chocolate that I don’t like! Well, except for white chocolate I suppose. ;-) Some of my favorite flavor combinations are chocolate and peanut butter, chocolate and raspberry and chocolate and coconut. Add coffee to the mix and I am in heaven! Chocolate and mint is pretty good too.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I have chocolate on the brain (how can you not when it is EVERYWHERE in stores right now?!). I have some of my favorite tried and true chocolate recipes, but I’m always on the hunt for new recipes to try.

I was browsing Foodie.com today and created this Sinful Chocolate Recipes to Try Collection, where I added 12 recipes that look absolutely delicious! Feel free to check it out if you are looking to add some new recipes to your own rotation! I tend to favor simple recipes with “real” ingredients – but I’m not opposed to spending extra time on a dessert if it is for a special occasion.
