Fuel Rewards Network™ = Savings on Fuel at Shell

Summer is in full swing, and we have been on the road a lot the past couple of weeks. Prices on gasoline per gallon has been ranging between $3.49-3.95 here in Central Ohio, and filling up my van can be quite unpleasant – especially on those weeks when we are on the go. Recently I signed up for the Fuel Rewards Network™ program. Now, I can save on gasoline at the Shell station where we stop before we hop on the freeway to visit family.

When you sign up for the Fuel Rewards Network™ it’s easy to save on fuel! Here are some of the ways that you can earn per gallon discounts on gasoline at Shell Stations:

  • Shop at Shell – purchase specially marked items
  • Shop Online via the Fuel Rewards Network™ website’s Online Mall
  • Dine Out – link a credit card to the dining out program and earn $0.10/gal for every $50 you spend at participating restaurants
  • Buy Groceries – check to see if your favorite stores offer the Fuel Rewards Network™ program (Bi-Lo, Hy-Vee, Winn-Dixie are a few of the larger chains that participate)

Fuel rewards savings are limited $0.75 per gallon on 20 gallons of gas, per purchase, per vehicle.

I found this program to be easy to sign up for. I opted not to add my credit card which is totally fine. For a limited time, when you sign up you’ll receive a $0.25/gal Sign Up Bonus when you purchase at least 8 gallons of gas on your first fill-up using your Fuel Rewards Network™ card.

This past weekend we used our Fuel Rewards card for the first time and saved $0.03 per gallon – it couldn’t have been easier! $0.03 is the minimum amount per gallon that you’ll save – the more you use your card and share the program with others, the more discounts you’ll receive.

This program is free to use. Find more information and sign up here.
