favado grocery savings app

Hooray! If you like (and use) the weekly sale and coupon match ups that I post on my blog every week (for stores like Target, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Meijer and ALDI) you are going to LOVE the new Grocery Savings App Favado! This app is brought to you by the folks at Savings.com and is available for FREE.

One thing that I love about Favado is that you can compare sale prices across many different stores – all based on your zip code. You can see an example of this below:

This feature is especially great if you don’t have the time to mess with coupons, because you can easily see where to find the best price on specific items on the day you are shopping. Of course this feature is great for couponers too. ;-)

If you are brand loyal to specific products (and many of us are!) you can create a list of “favorites” and find the best prices on these items this week across the stores that you have set up within your app. Here is an example:

I am so excited to start using this app for my own shopping, and I’ll be sure to share tips and tricks as I get more familiar with this product!

So how do you sign up? It’s easy!

1) First – sign up for a Favado account using this unique link. This will create your personalized account/stores based on your zip code.

2) Click on the email confirmation note that should arrive in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes. Mine came right away.

3) Download the app in iTunes or Google Play!

That’s it! Once you start using Favado, I would love to hear your thoughts!
