This is a compensated post written by me on behalf of Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

Recently I was given the opportunity to review Walgreens Brand Advanced Formula A thru Z Multivitamins. This was my first time trying this particular Walgreens vitamin, and I feel that they are a great value for the money.

Walgreens Brand Advanced Formula A thru Z Multivitamins (130 ct) retail for $7.49 at my local Walgreens store (5.76 cents per unit). Competitor Centrum (100 ct) retails for $9.49 at my local Walgreens (9.49 cents per unit). Even with a high value coupon, the Centrum product would have cost more per unit than the Walgreens item – which is why I often end up choosing store brand vitamins over name brand ones.

Walgreens Brand Advanced Formula A thru Z Multivitamins have 31 nutrients, said to support Immune System Health, Heart Health, and Healthy Gums & Teeth. While it is difficult for me to quantify how taking these multivitamins have improved my health, I will say that I always feel better when taking vitamins – and can definitely tell a difference in my energy levels and mood when I am not taking them!

As health care costs continue to rise (and we can no longer submit over the counter (OTC) medicines for flexible spending reimbursement), finding ways to save on OTC medicines can really help your household budget. I like that I can purchase Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products without sacrificing quality – all Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products are pharmacist recommended, with most containing the same active ingredients as national brands. Plus if you aren’t satisfied with your Walgreens brand purchase, these products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

While I tend to favor name brands when it comes to my grocery and clothing purchases – I almost always go with store brand when it comes to my vitamins and over the counter medicines. Because I can compare active ingredients on the product packaging and can see very little difference in quality, it is a no brainer for me to go with the less expensive, pharmacist recommended store brand product. I regularly purchase Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products and have always been pleased with my purchases  – and with the way they easily fit into my weekly budget.

Do you purchase Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products? If so, what are your favorites? My personal favorite at the moment is Walgreens Infant Pain Reliever, and I think it might be my teething 10 month old’s favorite as well. :-)
