My Target Loot for the Week

by Marcy on February 23, 2011 · 2 comments

Since the birth of my now 9 month old, my shopping excursions have become extremely limited. I used to shop around quite a bit to score great deals, but right now the combination of her napping twice a day, me running my 5 year old all over town, and the cold temps outside mean that I have been doing good to make it to Kroger once a week.

I have been attempting a monthly Target run, but am not always successful. This week there were too many deals to pass up, so I pulled my coupons and list together the best that I could and the baby and I made a run for it this afternoon when my oldest was in school.

While I didn’t do as well as I could have with more time and planning, I was still able to score the items in the above photo for $4.79 after using my manufacturer’s and Target coupons. The Up & Up Floss and Ibuprofen were both free . I also had to purchase a larger package of cotton swabs because all of the smaller (cheaper) packages were sold out, but they still ended up being a decent deal.

Check out all of the great deals at Target this week in my posts here and here. Have you  made it to Target this week, and if so, how did you do?

I just went to Target tonight . . .two actually, b/c one was sold out of some of the products.

8 packages of frozen veggies – received $5 gift card for purchasing seven frozen food items
1 Kelloggs crunch cereal
2 – 3pack of Method hand soap (on clearance for $2.98 each)
1 Seventh Generation Dish soap
1 Pillsbury sweet moments (a splurge item, I had a $1 off coupon that expired today)
2 – Up & Up children’s toothbrushes
2 – up & up ibuprofen
1 – seventh generation multi surface cleaner
More baseball pages – no coupon :(
and a few other items that were on clearance

All of the above for $25 OOP and I received the $5 gift card for the frozen veggies.

The first target I went to had better prices on some of the UP & UP cleaners, so I will go there tomorrow to pick those up again.
