Here is a list of the best deals that I see at Kroger this week. Please note that I use a Central Ohio ad when compiling these deals, and that coupons up to $0.99 are doubled at my store. Be sure to check your local ad to confirm deals and coupon doubling rules in your area.

NOTE: Find more information about shopping at Kroger, including information about eCoupons (Cellfire, Upromise and Shortcuts) plus more on my new Kroger Resources/FAQs page here.

Several readers have let me know that 3 Central Ohio Kroger stores are running triple coupons for the next several (5?) weeks. Coupons up to $0.50 will be tripled at the following stores:

Anyone else think Kroger’s sales kinda stink lately?

2 Marcy May 31, 2010 at 8:55 PM

Andrea, I agree! I am feeling that way about a lot of stores right now (with the exception of Meijer).

The Huggies baby wipes tubs aren’t on sale for $1.99 anymore. I was there today and all the sales tags were pulled down. The refill packs of wipes were, but not the tubs. I was bummed…..I had so many coupons I was going to use.

I had the same thought about Meijer. I’m not really sure if the fuel savings are worth continuing to shop at Kroger. Meijer has had some smoking deals lately!

Is it possible that the “not so great” sales right now is just a cycle thing? I can’t remember how last year went, but I know every year around Jan-Feb the sales are pretty blah.

6 Andrea June 1, 2010 at 2:28 PM

Nah. I think they’re getting worse. The quarterly P&G promos have been reduced SIGNIFICANTLY in the last 2 cycles.

I agree the sales haven’t been enticing me into Krogers. Fuel perks are just a bonus for me after shopping and getting some bargains. I too am loving Meijers lately.
