If losing weight or eating healthier is on your list of things to do this year, I thought you might be interested to know that Bob Evans released a new Fit from the Farm menu last week! The new menu includes items for breakfast, lunch and dinner and lists calories, fat, saturated fat and sodium for each of these items. I happen to be a fan of the fruit and yogurt plate as well as the pick 3 breakfast combo, and I love the variety of options that are included in this new menu.
Based on an average 2,000 calorie daily allowance, all Fit from the Farm dishes
have:
- 650 calories or less
- 750mg or less sodium
- 35 percent or less total calories from fat
- Less than 10 percent of total calories from saturated fats (or 1/3 or less of the recommended Daily value for
- saturated fat)
- 0g trans fat
- No MSG
Be sure to check out the Fit from the Farm menu here.
I am excited to announce that Bob Evans has given me one Fit for 2010 Prize Pack to give away to one of you!
What am I giving away?

So many items look good! I am excited to try them but would offer the suggestion to add dietary fiber to the nutritional content so those of us doing Weight Watchers can calculate our points! Would be a huge plus.
I am a vegetarian, so this fit from the farm menu is awesome for me!! So many options!! :) I think the veggie omelet looks the best!! :D
The grilled chicken from the dinner menu looks yummy to me.
I love the “Fit From The Farm” items on the Bob Evans Menu:
My personal favorites are… the Chicken Spinach & Tomato Pasta, and also the Apple Cranberry Spinach Salad. You just can’t find such good food for such a good price anywhere else!
Would love the water bottle. As a nurse, I don’t get many breaks, so it’s nice to sip all day to be able to get my water in!
The POTATO-CRUSTED FLOUNDER looks interesting!
