I just spent a considerable amount of time on the U Promise site.

The e coupons for my area (Cincinnati) say they work at Krogers, Biggs and Meijer, among others.

I understand that they would attach to my Kroger card but how do they work for Meijer and Biggs, which don’t have loyalty cards?

k, my experience is that you can use your ecoupons at ANY store and it will come off, but only once ofcourse!

K – for stores that have no loyalty cards I’m pretty sure that you would have to have registered your debit/credit card with UPromise for the eCoupons to work. I will try to confirm, but I am 90% sure.
