Great Read: Have No Shame when Using Coupons

If you have ever had a bad experience using coupons in the check out lane (and who hasn’t?!) or if you tend to feel embarassed or “bad” for the people standing in line behind you, check out this post that Mindi wrote called “When Couponers and Non-Couponers Collide“. She makes a lot of great points – and can I just say that I wish I could think as quickly on my feet as her when someone makes a nasty remark? :-)

I read this article the other day and I experienced a very similar situation this morning at Target. The lady behind me made a noise with each coupon that was scanned. She also made a couple of comments under her breath. I was very close to asking her if she would like to give me the money that I would save but she wasn’t quite as aggressive as the person in the article. I was ready though! It made me chuckle. I did have a great, friendly cashier so that made the trip quite pleasant!
