I’m trying to find out if anyone has had issues with using coupons at Target. I’ve had several problems, lately because they tell me that they can not honor a coupon because the item isn’t in the picture of the coupon. For example, I had a coupon for Shrick Quattro Razors and I tried to use my coupon and they said “you can’t use this on disposable, because it’s not in the picture.” I went to management, and they told me the same thing.

Do a google search of the coupon policy, or e-mail corporate with your question (they’ll e-mail you a full version of the policy)…I’ve found simply having that in my hand eliminates a lot of problems. Especially since they include a 1-800 number for corporate that encourages you to contact them (even while standing in line!) if a cashier or management is problematic about honoring a coupon. I found the best way is to be polite but firm…I point out that unless a coupon has size restrictions, there is no limit as to how the coupon can be used.
