~ Special Promotions ~

Kroger is running one of my favorite promotions now through Sept. 2nd – the Mega Saving Event! Save $5 instantly when you buy any combination of 10 participating items using your shoppers card. And unlike last year, there is no limit as to how many times you work this deal per transaction!

Please note that the prices I list below assume you are buying at least 10 participating items and are receiving $5 off of your purchase ($0.50 per item). Check your ad for additional participating items as I have only listed those that I could find coupon match ups for.

Last week I got a Catalina regarding the Nature Valley granola bars. It said that between 8/14 and 9/6 if you buy:
– 3 boxes, get $1.50 OYNO
– 4 boxes, get $2.50 OYNO
– 5 or more, get $3.50 OYNO

I hope to really stock up with this deal.

Thanks Amy! :-)

It doesn’t look like the honey nut cheerios are included in the sale.

Kix also doesn’t look like it’s included.

Thanks for the match-ups again!

I’m trying to understand one deal though. You have the Bic Cristal pens at 1.99 and there’s a $1/2 coupon. How does this make them free? If you buy two they’re still $1.50 each.

Whitney – sorry for the confusion! I had the wrong price listed. These are $0.50 per bag which would make 2 bags free after coupon. This is a deal I actually took advantage of myself without any issues (a few weeks ago). Thanks for catching it! :-)

Marcy, it looks like Kroger is running a great new sweepstakes on Kroger.com to win free gas and groceries for a year. I found it advertised on Yahoo mail. It looks like you get the opportunity to spin a wheel and possibly win other smaller prizes as well. I’ve registered on their website but still waiting on an e-mail confirmation to confirm my registration. Looks like fun!

I couldn’t find a $0.55 coupon for the regular Cheerios, just the HOney Nut. There was a $1/2, but wondered if there was somewhere else with $0.55 Cheerios coupons since most people are reporting that Honey Nut Cheerios are not included.

we use Kraft Macaroni and Cheese alot

that isn’t included in the sale
