If you live in Central Ohio, you have probably seen or heard the news about the new Foodperks! program at Giant Eagle. This program is currently being tested in the Columbus area market, and allows shoppers to earn 1% in food savings for every 10 gallons of gas pumped at Get Go.
I had the opportunity to test this program out recently, and earned 3% in a little over one week...not bad!
For a limited time, you can get a one time 5% bonus discount if you go to foodperks.com and watch a short video. You will be asked to enter your Giant Eagle card number at the end of the video. As I mentioned, this is offer is only good for Central Ohio shoppers. Be on the lookout for more info about this program in your area if you aren't local to Columbus. I wish our Cleveland area Giant Eagles had a major competitor in the market. Then maybe we could get some of those great deals you mention in your blog. Giant Eagle Turkey on sale this week for .39/lb in your area? Ours was .99/lb. Sigh.
