This week we are going to be eating ham, ham, ham, oh and did I mention ham?! I bought a 9 lb. ham for 2 adults and 1 toddler...what was I thinking? :) Actually, I think I'll save the ham for lunches and we'll eat some of the chicken and pork that I have in the freezer. Here is our menu for the week:
Monday - Spaghetti
Tuesday - Scrambled Eggs (with Ham & Cheese) & Toast
Wednesday - Pork Tenderloin, Rice & Green Beans
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Eat Out
Saturday - Pizza at my Grandma's house
Sunday - Chicken Dressing Bake & Frozen Veggies
As for last week, the Super Southewestern Beef Bake was easy to make, but not my favorite. I think my issue was with the vegetable oil. I don't really cook with vegetable oil and could really taste it...next time I would leave that out. We did not have a pork roast or the Chicken Dressing Bake either, which is why you see those repeated this week. We ended up eating out twice instead.

I love pork tenderloin!!! YUMMY!
The Chicken Dressing Bake sounds good. I might have to give that a try sometime. I love Tastefully Simple recipes. I have one at home in the crock pot now!
Sounds like a simple, but yummy menu! Good job on planning things out. I need to do that this week.
