Giant Eagle Deals – 3/13-3/19/08

Here are some deals that I see this week at Giant Eagle. Note that my ads are for Central Ohio and that my store doubles coupons up to $0.99. As always, please check your local ads/stores for deals in your area.

* Cheerios – 5/$10 ($2/ea); use $0.50/1 printable here, get these for $0.50/ea! (see my post here for an even better price on Cheerios at Kroger)

* Steamfresh Frozen Veggies – 10/$10; use $1/3 printable here, or $1/2 coupon from 3/9 paper and get these for $0.67 or $0.50/ea! Some stores also have $0.35/1 coupons on the door of the frozen food case.

Note: My store is also running a deal where if you buy a certain amount of frozen food, you earn money back for your next visit. Steamfresh Veggies are part of this deal. Here are the numbers: Spend $15, get $1, spend $20, get $2, spend $30, get $4. If you can find enough coupons, you could actually spend $15 out of pocket and still get the $4 coupon.

* Pillsbury Crescents – on sale $1.75/ea; use $0.60/2 printable here, or $0.25/1 coupon from paper and get these for $1.15 or $1.25/ea (only a deal if you are a “brand name” person…store brands might be cheaper)

* Pillsbury Sweet Rolls – on sale $1.75/ea; use $0.35/1 printable here, or $0.30/1 coupon from the paper and get these for $1.05 or $1.15/ea.

* Pillsbury Cake Mixes – on sale 10 for $10; use $1/3 coupon from paper and get 3 for $0.67/ea

* Totino Pizza Rolls – on sale $1.25/ea; use $0.55/1 printable here, or $0.40/1 coupon from the paper and get these for $0.10 or $0.45/ea.

* Land O Lakes Butter (sticks) – on sale $2/5; use $0.55/1 printable here and get these for $1.35/ea (Kroger has the same price this week, Meijer is even cheaper at 2/$4 – if your Meijer doubles coupons)

* Smart Balance Spray or Spread – on sale $2/4; use $0.50/1 coupon from paper and get these for $1.00/ea

* Kraft Singles Select (Deli Style) – on sale $3.50/ea; use $0.75/1 coupon from paper and get these for $2.00/ea (not the greatest deal…only good if you love this particular brand/style of cheese)
