My CVS Deals for the Week

by Marcy on January 6, 2008 · 0 comments

Here are my CVS deals for this week. (Please excuse the quality of this pic.) I was out of ECB’s and gift card $, so I had to start from square one today. My goal from here on out is to use my ECB’s to earn more and to pay less and less out of pocket…that’s how it is supposed to work right? :)
Note that I got 6 coupon inserts in my Sunday paper. Once I saw what was in them, I made a quick run to the store to buy 2 more papers.

I spent $31.91 out of pocket for the items above, and earned $21 ECB’s.

I used these coupons (all from today’s paper or previous papers unless otherwise noted):

$10/$50 CVS coupon from moneysavingmom.com (expires today)

$1/1 Fructis

$2/1 Excedrin (I used 3 of these, making all 3 of them free. I could only earn $1 ECB though.)

$1/1 Johnson’s Buddies soap (this was free)

$1/1 Pro Vive (I used 2 of these)

$1/1 Lysol Disinfecting Spray

$2.50/1 Children’s Motrin plus 1 Children’s Tylenol

$1/1 Sudafed (I had 2 $1/1 Sudafed coupons but they wouldn’t take one of them b/c I didn’t get the right type? I didn’t push it and just ate the extra $1)

1 Free Soy Joy coupon (These were B1G1 so I got both Free. I need to go back to get more for free now that I have tried them and like them)

Total manufacturer coupon savings from this trip: $15.49
Total manufacturer coupon savings for 2008: $27.69
